Where we ship
Cove & Linen is configured for the US market. We ship to the 50 US states and the District of Columbia. International shipping is not currently offered.
Cost
Every US order ships free. Shipping cost is shown before payment at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days depending on destination and carrier routing.
Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our US warehouse partner at 1991 Del Amo Blvd, Suite 204, Torrance, CA 90501, United States. Soft goods ship in protective mailers or cartons depending on the order.
Tracking
You receive an email with tracking once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show the first scan.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@coveandlinen.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and either replace the item where stock allows or refund the order.
Address changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once a parcel is in the carrier network, address changes may no longer be possible.
